  2. Make ready 1 1/2 cup beef broth
  3. Make ready 6 small baby red potatoes; halved

  6. Prepare to taste garlic salt
  7. Take to taste ground pepper

  1. Cut roast in half. Rub down with dijon mustard, dried rosemary, tyme, salt, pepper & garlic salt. Place roast into slow cooker. Put slow cooker on high.
