- Prepare 1 dash garlic, black pepper, & salt to season pork
- Take 4 Pork chops or pork steaks
- Take APPLE SAUCE
- Prepare 1 Apple chopped

- Get 1 cup Chicken stock

- Prepare 2 tbsp Brown sugar

Instructions to make Pork Chops N Applesauce:
- Heat small pan on med, add butter. Skin and core apple. Chop in bite size pieces, add to the pan. Saute until apple pieces begin to soften. About 10 min.
- When the apple pieces are soft to your liking, add applesauce and chicken stock. Mix well and let simmer on med. Add optional ingredients at this time.
- Preheat 2nd frying pan on med high heat. Season pork and brown on the first side for 10 mins. After 10 mins, turn down heat to med, flip over pork chops then pour apple mixture on top of chops. Let simmer for 20 mins.
- Served with mashed potatoes and small salad. Enjoy!
