  6. Mix cornstarch with little bit of water then add it in. turn heat off, put spring onion in. done.

Then place tofu, mushrooms and marinated bulgogi inside. Put in the broth sauce as well. A scrumptious kimchi stew loaded with meatballs and veggies. Serve it with some steamed rice and you'll have a one-pot dinner in no time. This kimchi stew is one of my favorite dishes for winter.
